License agreement

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license to install and use the Software on Macs that you personally own or control. The license is tied to one individual; it may not be shared between multiple people. Reasonable use across a small number of your own Macs (for example, a laptop and a desktop) is permitted.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Phovi is designed to keep your photo library safe, and we treat data integrity as the most important property of the product — but no software can guarantee against every failure mode of every Mac. Keep an independent backup of your photos.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data.

Within 14 days of purchase, contact support@phovi.ai for a full refund. No questions asked.

Updates are included for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers; existing licenses are honoured indefinitely at the price you paid.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification before they take effect.
